In the Year 2017: Top 100 Images of 2017|| Best Wedding Photographers in Washington DC

2017 was an amazing year filled with tons of challenges and opportunities for growth. I opened myself to new opportunities, I made more photographs than I have ever made in any year, I learned new things and shared new things with others. I have assembled my top 100 images for the year (in no particular order) which were actually curated by my 1 yr old daughter :), she seems to know more about this stuff than I do.  I look forward to another 365 days of living outside of my comfort zone and pushing myself to be the best that I can be and  more creative than I have ever been, to better serve those who trust me with their most precious moments.  Here are my Top 100 images of 2017.

Nicole + Nick - Villa Montaña Beach Resort, Isabela, Puerto Rico | Destination Wedding Photographer

Known for it's fantastic beaches, underwater caves and mountain trails it was no surprise that Isabela, Puerto Rico was Nichole and Nick's go to destination for their wedding. I had the pleasure of spending the weekend there participating in and documenting their wedding festivities. A chiller couple, there is none. These two were so much fun, their dog Booker was a show stopper and their friends and family were just as amazing. Here are a few highlights from their wedding.

2016: The Best Of...

2016 was an eventful year to say the least, filled with major highs and extreme lows, it really did redefined our understanding of the world and humanity but despite all the craziness of the year, I was blessed to have been able meet a bunch of amazing folks who entrusted me to document their most precious moments and share in their happiness and for that I am eternally grateful. My family was blessed with a tiny person and I just can't get over her new baby smell. I got to work with a ton of other talented professionals and have forged new relationships. In 2016 I was able to grow as a photographer, fine tune who I am as an artist and really understand my place in the world even more. So in restrospect 2016 was a great year and I'm looking forward to an even greater 2017. Here are a few of my favorite photos of 2016.
